Online Therapy
I use a Zoom video platform for all online counselling sessions. Virtual therapy can have some advantages to in-person therapy. Connecting online may be a better fit for you if you:
✓ Feel more at ease in the comfort of your home
✓ Could not otherwise fit it into your schedule and want to save time on the commute
✓ Feel drawn to work with me but are not based in Vancouver
✓ Experience other barriers that would make it more challenging to meet in person
I work with the body, the nervous system, felt sense, images and your own intuition to explore, unpack and support healing towards overcoming the struggles you are faced with. These ways of relating go beyond what is communicated with our minds, and as such, can often serve to create a deep sense of connection even while working online.
In-Person Therapy in Vancouver
For those interested in in-person sessions, my office is located on Burrard St. & 10th. Please note that currently I am only working in-person on Thursday mornings.
I work best with those seeking a holistic approach to healing.
Whether a client is seeing me for insomnia, burnout, anxiety, c-ptsd symptoms, or supporting their neurodivergent ways, they often feel stuck, and long to live in alignment with their truth. When I am supporting someone, I am just as interested in exploring what lights them up as I am in unpacking and helping them process their pain.
I integrate somatic therapy, parts work, psychoeducation, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy and my own intuition into therapeutic work to help you get to the root of what is ailing you for lasting change. I view the learning as a therapist as infinite, and am continually seeking to further develop my skills through trainings, supervision, and of course continuing my own healing process.
