  • I’ve been through the thick of it myself - I was swimming in the muck of chronic insomnia for many years, so I understand. 

  • I’m a registered psychotherapist with a master’s in clinical psychology. I weave in psychoeducation on trauma and emotion regulation into my free course because let’s face it, having insomnia can be destabilizing and traumatic. 

  • I use evidence-based approaches to healing insomnia, such as acceptance and commitment therapy. This is what actually worked for me after wasting tons of money to no avail. In my experience both personally and professionally, this is the most effective approach for relieving insomnia long-term.
