Heart-centered, trauma-informed therapy and coaching
You’re in the right place if you can relate to some of these :
You’re a highly sensitive person or are neurodivergent.
You feel emotions intensely - you can be deeply moved by a work of art or the way the light is hitting a tree. At the same time, witnessing the suffering of humanity, animals, and those you come into contact with can lead to overwhelm, sorrow, anger and anxiety.
You may have suspected or have a formal diagnosis of autism, ADHD or another form of neurodivergence.
It can be exhausting trying to live like a neurotypical person - you want to embrace your different brain while living authentically.
You have chronic insomnia, and haven’t found a long-term solution.
It may have started with a stressful time in your life, a move, a job change, or you could have even had it since childhood. You have tried so many things to ‘fix’ it to no avail.
You are looking for a longterm resolution that will help you get to the root of your insomnia, so you can heal it for good.
You find yourself getting in your own way despite being self-aware, and want to get unstuck.
Even with the awareness you have cultivated, you can spiral into fear, self-doubt, guilt or shame. You can be self-critical and want to move past your blocks while being gentle with yourself.
You experience periods of anxiety, depression or have difficulty regulating your emotions.
You may experience emotions intensely, and can get sent into anxiety or depression easily. You want to be able to feel and process your emotions rather than stuff them down, over-analyze, or have them take over.
You had a challenging or traumatic childhood.
You are aware of the way unhealthy patterns, family dynamics or trauma in your childhood has impacted you - you may even have complex ptsd (c-ptsd) as a result. Sometimes it can feel like the emotions and patterns from your past can take over, sending you into: freeze, shut down, states of dissociation, or emotional flooding.
You find it challenging to set and maintain healthy boundaries.
You’re not always good at saying no when you need to, which can lead to built up resentment, anger, and exhaustion. You know it’s not sustainable but it can feel automatic to say yes and surprisingly scary to say no.
About Me
The most helpful therapists and coaches are the ones who don’t just have the right training, but who have also worked through much of their own pain. They have come out the other side better off, and perhaps even emerged as a whole new person. Read more about what led me to become the coach and therapist I am today…

Some of the things past clients have gained from working together
A more loving and accepting relationship with themselves
Through body-based therapy and parts work, one of the most valuable outcomes is often the ability to accept and have compassion for all of you - even the parts of you that feel like they are creating havoc in your life.
A life that is more authentic, connected, and free
Without the opportunity to freely explore ourselves in a safe environment, those deep truths within us often get buried. It can be confusing to try and uncover them later in life, since it’s so easy for self-doubt, fear of being seen, fear of rejection or fear of humiliation to take over. I believe it is our birthright to live in our deepest authenticity and I love guiding my clients through this process.
More stability and groundedness
Navigating life with chronic anxiety, depression or trauma is destabilizing. The nervous system is geared for survival, and in a way it’s pretty amazing how our body and brain have protected us, but it is also limiting. When we work with our nervous system and the parts that have protected us, we begin to release the charge. My clients often share that they feel more solid in themselves and that their trauma doesn’t hold them back as much.
Greater ease with setting and maintaining boundaries
If you grew up in a home with emotionally immature or narcissistic parents, boundaries are going to be inherently more challenging, since you’re so used to giving up your own needs for others. When I do boundary work, we unravel those older patterns to make space for an embodied knowing of boundaries. When our boundaries feel clear in our bodies, it becomes easier to voice them. This usually means less resentment and more energy to do what you want with, too.
A more relaxed nervous system, including better sleep
When your nervous system has been wired to go haywire at the slightest sign of a threat, it makes it pretty difficult to relax. You may have chronic insomnia, anxiety, or obsessive thinking, making you feel like you’re often on high alert. In my work with clients I help them work through the fears that create this chronic fight or flight response. Acceptance & commitment therapy can be a liberating way to learn to control these worry cycles.
A stronger connection to their intuition and creativity
A lot of people I work with are highly creative but feel blocked or stuck. It’s like there is this deep well of inspiration, but it doesn’t feel accessible. We need to feel safe to access it, so first I support clients to find more regulation in their nervous system. Then, discerning intuition from other parts of ourselves allows us to access our voice. Once the connection with intuition is solid, it is so much easier to move past perfectionism, imposter syndrome and self-doubt.
